This is what I see of my desk when I'm sitting on my couch in my living room. I want to commit to showing more photos from my everyday life too and not just furniture and the space.
Some of my smaller favorite finds end up in my apartment, like the elephant table beside the Eames-style lounge chair. On top of the elephant table rests this crazy metal bust of Nefertiti and behind her is a 5 stem flower vase with sprigs of rosemary at each opening.
Behind that is my desk over which my favorite lamp in the apartment arcs. The chair was a thrift store find that I used a pashmina to cover the ugly fabric on the seat cushion. Next to that rolls of fabric for upcoming projects and a bulletin board for pretty inspiration photos rest next to an antique wood table my parents gave me for my college graduation. It was the first antique my dad ever bought.
On top of my desk sit an orange pair of painted elephants (thrift store), all of my bills, a scale to weigh packages for OKL on, and a mess of brass animals waiting to find their place in the sun online.
